Position Title: Marketing Officer

Role Overview: The Marketing Officer at James and Co Residential Builders is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company's services and enhance its brand presence. This role involves managing social media, creating marketing materials, organizing events, and conducting market research. The Marketing Officer will work closely with the Sales team and Owner to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company's services.
Identify target markets and develop campaigns tailored to reach those audiences.
Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Content Creation and Management:
Create engaging and informative content for social media, the company website, and other marketing channels.
Develop marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all marketing platforms.
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Develop and schedule regular social media posts to engage with the audience and promote services.
Monitor social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed to improve engagement and reach.
Event Planning and Coordination:
Plan and coordinate events, such as open houses, client appreciation events, and community outreach programs.
Ensure events are well-organized, effectively promoted, and successfully executed.
Gather and analyze feedback from events to improve future marketing efforts.
Advertising and Promotions:
Develop and manage advertising campaigns across various media, including print, online, and outdoor advertising.
Negotiate with vendors and manage budgets for advertising and promotional activities.
Track the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Client and Community Engagement:
Foster positive relationships with clients, community members, and industry partners.
Develop and implement community outreach programs to enhance the company's reputation and community presence.
Collect and utilize client testimonials and case studies to support marketing efforts.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.
Use data to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and present reports on marketing activities and their impact.
Website Management:
Maintain and update the company website to ensure accurate and current information.
Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and attract traffic.
Monitor website analytics and make recommendations for improvements.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Sales team to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing and sales efforts.
Collaborate with the Owner and other departments to support overall business goals.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.

Continuously improve marketing skills and industry knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.
Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
